Does your business work with three-shift operation? Then our "TeleService C" contract is the perfect supplement to our "TeleService B" contract, extending the availability of service to the following times:
- Monday through Friday: 22:00 to 07:00 (CET)
- Friday to Saturday: 22:00 to 08:00 (CET)
- Exception: statutory public holidays in Germany
- An existing "TeleService B" contract is required
- This is not a TeleService flat rate. Every service case during the listed service times is charged at a fixed price
